​To promote mutual friendship between the city of Seoul and its sister cities, Seoul Metropolitan Government has invited young international students to participate Vocational Training Program since 2001. Since then, the program has been implemented as part of Seoul city’s international project on information exchange. Free vocational training is offered to overseas youth invited to the city of Seoul from its sister cities, simultaneously enhancing the friendly relationship between them and boosting Seoul’s profile as a city that shares its advanced technology with the world.
